Is it okay to input a video that is 45 mins to an hour long? Or would you recommend cutting it shorter? I'm wondering if the length determines the kind and number of clips we can get.

When you input the same video, will it yield the same clips every time? Is there a limit to the clips they churn out per video?

Where can I get help for these q's? I can't find customer service in the dashboard.
