Feedback on Snapcut deducting credits but not completing the project.

Dear Snapcut Team,
I am sending this feedback to report that this afternoon Snapcut deducted my credits, but the project was not completed.
Specifically, I followed all the steps up to clicking “Generate” and saw the project appear on the dashboard. However, when I returned a while later, I could no longer find the project information on the dashboard. I tried searching multiple times but was unable to locate it, while checking my credit usage history showed that the system had already deducted my credits.
I am working on a project for a client and need to complete it urgently, so I kindly ask your team to check and resolve this issue.
